Kaixi is a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Chinese-English Translation and Interpreting at Macquarie University and her Master’s degree in Crosscultural and Applied Linguistics from the University of Sydney. Her current PhD project focuses on the TED talks about depression on YouTube, exploring the comments section through linguistic analysis.
