Clair is currently responsible for the risk, safety, governance, legal and compliance, conduct and integrity, enterprise program management office and national security, as well as the strategic projects and operations team.

Clair has previously acted as the Deputy Secretary, Corporate Services in the NSW Government Transport cluster during her tenure in the NSW public servant. During her 15 years as a senior executive in the airports sector in Australia and overseas, she was functionally responsible for the legal, governance, risk, insurance, contracts, procurement and internal audit functions. 

Clair is a graduate of ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australia and New Zealand School of Government Executive Fellows Program. She is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute, having been a board member and guest lecturer. Clair is also a graduate of the Chief Executive Women Leaders Program. Clair is an advocate for the importance of line two assurance functions in supporting effective decision making.
