Xiaoyu Ai received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Xidian University, China in 2013 and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of New South Wales (ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø Kensington) in 2015. He started his PhD programme in 2017 in telecommunications at the same school at ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø Kensington and his thesis topic is about the channel coding for satellite-based quantum key distribution systems. Currently, his research focuses are:
