Inviting Year 10-12 students to attend our 2023ÌýDo The Maths - Women, Empowerment, OpportunityÌýWorkshop!
The School of Mathematics and Statistics at ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø runs an annual series of free, one-day workshops forÌýyoung women in their final years of high school studies (years 10 - 12). The aim of the workshop series is to encourage young women to consider mathematics as a career.

2023 events
On-campus event
TheÌýon-campus eventÌýwill be held on Wednesday 7 June 2023, 8:45am to 3:15pm at ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø Roundhouse.
The program will include fun maths talks, a hands-on activity, carnival booths, a campus tour, degree and scholarship information, and a Q&A.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
Online event
TheÌýonline eventÌýwill be held onÌýFriday 9 June 2023, 9am to 12noon (Australian students).Ìý
Our session for international students will be held in the afternoon.
Students will connect via Zoom with their own devices (laptops or large tablets) from a quiet space organised by their schools.
The program will include fun maths talks, a DESMOS activity, degree and scholarship information, and a Q&A.
